FAQ and Quick Start Guide
- Will this product work without the Mindmobile app?
- Mindmobile charger needs the app to act as a phone reminder and car locator, without the app, those functionalities will not work.
- Do I need my Bluetooth on?
- Yes, Mindmobile app needs Bluetooth to communicate with the smart charger. Using the latest Bluetooth 4.0 standard, this has very little impact on your battery usage.
- Do I need to do anything if I restart my phone?
- If your phone is restarted, you must launch the app again for the smart features to work.
- Does this charger work with Samsung phones?
- The charger will work, however, the smart features are designed for iPhone only. We are working on a version for Samsung smartphones.
- Do I need to do anything for the car locator to work?
- As long as you have Bluetooth turned on and the Mindmobile app running, phone reminder and car locator will always work.
